Paper Temptress ~ FAMILY~ a card...

Hello Crafters!

Hope this finds you doing well.

I was inspired by Contadina K's card. I wanted to make a simple but meaningful card. Thank you CONTADINA for the inspiration!!!

I used the Cryogen White as a base for this A2 card. I inked the bottom piece with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Then I chose from my Brown Bag Kraft Package #2. I used the Brown Bag paper for the inset.  I stamped some leaves(3rd Eye) on the background and then embossed the image using my Anna Griffin "Aviary" folder. I stamped the leaves onto Heavenly White 80#.

I used several Distress Inks to color the leaves. 

Hopefully as we enter into the Thanksgiving season we can all find things to be grateful for.

Round Robin Time over at Scraps of Darkness!

Round Robin time!
This time I'm playing  over at Scraps of Darkness. I followed the fabulous Sarah! Her layout is here.

Here are some closeups. In this photo I was trying to get close to show you the pink netting underneath the layers. I had some wonderful Prima Metal Vintage Trinkets.. from the Sunrise To Sunset Collection.

Now the picture was an accident.. I accidentally loaded the paper wrong... that's what I get for being in a hurry! However I thought the pic came out kind of cool so I went with it and cut into .. a loose 3rds.
I hadn't used my Cricut in a while so it was nice to just pop in the cart and cut!

Round Robin at the Flying U!

I'm participating in my first Round Robin at the Flying Unicorn.

I am also using some of my new Paper Temptress Papers!

Here I used some of the cardstock from Paper Temptress to make my flower as shown below.

For the center of the flower I used a piece from Close To My Heart.. I used my Heartfelt Creation Die.
You can also see the beautiful Hambly Overlay piece I used right above the flower.. titled Journaling Bits from Paper Temptress.

Silver Lustre Paper

 From the above you can see this beautiful flower I cut using my Cameo. Its the beautiful Silver Lustre paper from Paper Temptress. It was more white but I tinted it with a little Distress Ink Marker.

Here I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder to matte the photo on my PT cardstock. PT = Paper Temptress.

I followed some beautiful ladies!
